MST 615 Complete for T-profile 15

– A support rail for all types of ceilings in one and the same bag.

By stocking MST 615 and MST 1215 you can deliver a suspension solution for all types of ceilings, such as visible grids, semi-concealed grids, timber, sheet metal, plaster, concrete, etc. One of themany advantages with MST 615 and MST 1215 is that you reduce the number of articles you need to stock by having two articles that can be sold as a number of different products, thus simplifying the purchasing process and increasing your stock turnover. MST 615 and MST 1215 are delivered in pairs in a protective bag including 4 screws and plugs.

The support rail is delivered with pre-assembled end caps as well as cover plugs in order to make the support rail “invisible”.
Through a simple installation process with screw-in clips the support rail is installed close to the ceiling where no shadows are formed. Because it can be installed so close to the ceiling the support rail is barely visible while still retaining its excellent functionality.

When installing the support rail onto a visible grid (15 mm), the easiest method of installation is to screw the screw-in clips onto the T-profile one side at a time.

When installing the support rail onto a semi-concealed grid (15 mm), the easiest method of installation is to unscrew the screw-in clips approx. 10 mm from the support rail.

When installing the support rail onto timber, sheet metal, plaster, concrete, etc., the easiest method of installation is to unscrew the screw-in clips from the support rail and remove the cover plugs from the screw holes. Drill 5.5 mm holes in the ceiling and knock in the plastic plugs that are supplied with the product. Attach the support rail using the screws supplied. Don’t forget to fit the cover plugs over the screw holes to achieve an “invisible” installation.
When the support rail is assembled onto the T-profile it is simply a matter of lifting the support rail at each end and moving it to the desired position.

This solution can support a load of up to 30 kg per each pair of support rails.
